The Employees

There are 5 types of employee: President, Vice President, Sales Manager, Salesman and Secretary.

There are several cards representing each type and they are individually drawn so that no two are the same. Unfortunately, I bought my copy of ulcers second hand and there were no secretaries included. Actually, I have no female employees at all. It seems the only female employees are secretaries and the only secretaries are female. Judging from the packaging, the materials, the artwork and the female only secretaries I estimate the release date of the Ulcers to be around the early 1970's.

The Money

3 denominations. Nothing special here.

Ulcer Cards

These seem inappropriately named because they all have some kind of positive effect for the card taker. There are only 6 different variations.

but also with the alternate options of move ahead 3 and 4 spaces making up the other two types.

Playing Strips

The point of the game is to get a required nuber and balance of employees and cross the new fiscal year line. You keep your employees and indicate their pay level using these playing strips. There are four each one a different color:

Apart from the secretaries I seem to be missing the board markers for keeping your position the board.
